Aufgaben
- Operate and maintain robotic food units at customer sites
- Prepare robotic systems for daily operation
- Ensure daily system readiness and smooth performance
- Maintain hygiene compliance and food safety standards
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Manage routine maintenance of robotic units
- Handle backend tasks and container management
- Coordinate stock and inventory levels
- Act as the primary contact for customer partners
- Provide professional communication and proactive support
- Capture and report operational insights and feedback
- Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to internal teams
