- Own end-to-end customer communication strategy and roadmap
- Influence design of new communication technology landscape
- Collaborate with IT and Product on technology solutions
- Establish governance and quality standards for customer communication
- Ensure recipient targeting and testing readiness
- Execute compliant send-out of customer communications
- Align transactional and marketing communication with CRM
- Define and maintain lifecycle-based content and brand standards
- Design scalable communication processes for business growth
- Lead cross-functional alignment across departments
- Maintain consistent and high-quality communication execution
