- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Monitor and report on customer base KPIs
- Identify and mitigate churn risks
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Report campaign results to team and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
