Anforderungen
- Leverage support as leverage, not overhead
- Active use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
- Structure creation under pressure
- Ownership from day one, hands-on mindset
- Cross-disciplinary thinking (Support, Product, Engineering)
- 3 years customer care/support experience, ideally B2B SaaS
- Solid knowledge of support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
- Active engagement with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
- Analytical mindset, prioritization under pressure
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Handle incoming customer requests
- Prioritize and manage high ticket volumes
- Track developments in AI models and tools
- Challenge and optimize existing processes
- Build intelligent automations and AI-powered triage
- Develop scalable self-service solutions
- Configure and optimize the support platform
- Build KPIs and reporting structures
- Push for a 24/7 support model
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights
- Collaborate with the product team
- Support engineering through structured feedback
- Reduce recurring requests with automations
- Evaluate and integrate new AI tools
- Ensure consistent SLA adherence
- Automate manual processes
