- Hands-on HubSpot experience
- Familiarity with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, similar)
- Systems mindset
- Comfort with structured data across platforms
- Strong communication skills (technical/non-technical)
- Proactive, ownership-oriented approach
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Own HubSpot architecture and data hygiene
- Maintain pipeline configuration and lifecycle stages
- Design and manage segmentation logic and contact properties
- Build and optimize lifecycle workflows for lead nurturing
- Create and maintain onboarding sequences and partner communications
- Translate campaign and product requirements into CRM logic
- Develop and maintain HubSpot reporting and dashboards
- Proactively flag pipeline health and campaign performance issues
- Manage data sync between HubSpot and connected systems
- Address data gaps and inconsistencies proactively
- Ensure CRM compliance with GDPR and internal standards
- Document CRM processes and train stakeholders
- Act as the primary CRM resource for team questions
- Build and manage automation workflows in Make.com
- Support API-based integrations with Product and Engineering
- Identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks across teams
