Anforderungen
- 2+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or similar role
- Deep practical experience with HubSpot (workflows, lists, properties, automation logic, reporting)
- Fluent in German or Finnish and English, written and spoken
- Ability to work with data, segmentation, and automation logic
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support
- Experience in fast-paced growth company or scale-up in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS
- Experience with behavioral or event-based data
- Familiarity with Segment, analytics platforms, or data warehouses
