- Implement high-impact optimizations for workflows
- Address strategic deficits through optimizations
- Deliver HubSpot training to users
- Create HubSpot documentation for users
- Identify new HubSpot use cases with departments
- Ensure HubSpot supports departmental KPIs and goals
- Manage HubSpot system architecture
- Ensure data integrity with proactive clean-ups
- Perform data de-duplication
- Monitor automated data flows
- Define reporting processes for major changes
- Maintain reporting processes for major changes
- Communicate implementation impact to stakeholders
- Research HubSpot updates
- Test new HubSpot features
- Advocate for valuable feature adoption for AMBOSS
