- Manage the CRM sales funnel
- Initiate corrective actions for revenue targets
- Recruit and onboard sales team members
- Lead and coach the field sales team
- Conduct frequent sales ride-a-longs
- Execute national segmentation and territory plans
- Focus on priority verticals like property management
- Optimize regional coverage and market share
- Ensure delivery of customer service promises
- Remove blockers by aligning internal partners
- Mediate between sales and store management
- Lead high-complexity account negotiations
- Secure long-term loyalty from large accounts
- Provide market feedback on competitor trends
