Sales processes for digital, sustainable packaging solutions at a 70+ employee growth firm. Complex sales negotiation leadership and e-commerce experience needed. Up to four workations annually.
Anforderungen
- Ability to lead complex sales negotiations
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Strong understanding of financial metrics
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of digital processes and experience in e-commerce
- Fluent German and English at least C1 level
- Completed professional sales training in a methodology
- Willingness to learn about packaging
Aufgaben
- Execute all sales processes related to product sales
- Present products and solutions to clients
- Negotiate and draft contracts
- Manage personal accounts and maintain relationships with key customers
- Develop strategic plans to increase revenue
- Maximize customer retention
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Explore growth potential within existing key accounts
