Aufgaben
- Originate, structure, and execute syndicated, club, and bilateral loans.
- Originate, structure, and execute sustainable and event-driven financings.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospect clients.
- Understand evolving client financial needs.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare pitch books and marketing materials to win mandates.
- Structure bespoke financing solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, covenants, and security packages.
- Take ownership of day-to-day corporate loan execution.
- Ensure alignment with client strategic objectives.
- Ensure alignment with client capital structures.
- Ensure alignment with client risk profiles.
- Prepare proposals for business and credit committees.
- Draft and review term sheets.
- Draft and review facility agreements.
- Draft and review mandate letters.
- Draft and review invite letters.
- Draft and review bank meeting presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as risk and legal.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as clients and banks.
- Ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Coach junior team members.
- Mentor junior team members.
