Aufgaben
- Provide German law advice to the Corporate and Investment Banking division
- Draft and review lending and finance documentation
- Advise on international trade finance arrangements
- Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts
- Analyze and advise on German/EU regulatory matters
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Liaise with outside counsel and other CIB lawyers
- Stay updated on legislative changes affecting the Bank
- Assist in developing and implementing policies
- Provide training on recent legal developments
- Support the wider CIB legal team on German law matters
