Anforderungen
- University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Economics, or related field
- 10 years of experience in communications, ideally in international and medtech environment
- 3 years of proven leadership experience in communications
- Strong expertise in internal communications strategy and execution; change or crisis communication experience preferred
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
- Experience leading and steering complex, agile, and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills in cross-cultural environments
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving capability, and ability to align conflicting perspectives
- Deep understanding of modern communication landscapes, tools, and M365 environment
- Cross-cultural mindset, inclusive leadership approach, and willingness for short-term international travel
Aufgaben
- Define communication agenda for HR, IT, and LRC
- Align communication with business objectives and global frameworks
- Advise functional leaders on messaging and executive communication
- Collaborate with global communications partners
- Coordinate communication initiatives with Global Centers of Excellence
- Develop and monitor KPIs for communication effectiveness
- Support transformational projects and employer branding
- Manage issue and crisis communications
- Identify media opportunities and align with company strategy
- Support CEO-related communication activities
- Manage functional communications budget
- Coordinate resources and lead team of ~5 FTEs
- Manage external communication partners
