Aufgaben
- Guide global Tech Business Partnering program
- Integrate Tech Business Partners into market operations
- Serve as central contact for AI enablement inquiries
- Define and execute vision for end-user technology services
- Lead and support Tech Business Partners
- Conduct 1:1s and development plans
- Handle non-technical escalations
- Facilitate higher-level technical discussions
- Align on quarterly OKRs and KPIs
- Ensure team delivery of consulting and enablement
- Support project delivery objectives
- Monitor end-user feedback for planning
- Identify and address AI adoption challenges
- Improve NPS scores through targeted projects
