Anforderungen
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, risk management, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years implementing/managing enterprise risk and controls frameworks
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing risk in large, complex organizations
- Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or similar certifications desirable
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, life science, or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience implementing risk and compliance programs preferred
- Proven leadership and people management experience required
- Experience partnering with and presenting to senior management
- Experience developing strategies for senior management needs
- Experience in multi-national organization
- Experience leading projects with international stakeholders
- Exposure to Asian cultures is an asset
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership skills to drive people
- Ability to come up with innovative solutions
- Ability to develop talents
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry compliance standards
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations
- Deep understanding of risks facing global medical device company
- Executive reporting ability including Board of Directors preferred
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters
- Ability to handle matters under pressure and in crisis situations
- Strategic business orientation and acumen in medical device industry
- Ability to align function priorities with business strategy
