- Well-structured approach to creating high-quality software and documentation
- Knowledge of converter and battery system control and power electronics (plus)
- Experience with communication protocols and field bus (CAN, TRDP, J1939, MVB)
- Understanding of SW development processes standards (EN 50657, EN 50128 or IS0 26262) (plus)
- Fluent in English
- German language skills (plus)
- Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time
Aufgaben
- Develop application layer of control software for customer projects
- Use SW templates for traction converters and energy storage systems
- Define and implement software requirements
- Release operational software for final systems
- Create and update software documentation
- Ensure documentation meets standards and homologation needs
- Test software in real-time simulators
- Test software in laboratory environments
- Support customers during commissioning and homologation
- Travel 20-30% of the time for customer support
- Troubleshoot software issues
- Provide technical support to peers and other disciplines
- Support customers during project development
- Support customers during initial operation and service
