- Passion for innovation, teamwork, analytical thinking, proactive and structured working style
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Fachhochschule/University) or equivalent
- Ease in communicating in German and English
- Required licenses or work permits valid in Switzerland

- Create concepts for power-electronics modules
- Design power-electronics modules
- Integrate power-electronics modules
- Perform electrical testing of high-power semiconductors
- Perform thermal testing of high-power semiconductors
- Optimize semiconductor switching behavior for efficiency and reliability
- Advance traction converter platforms
- Collaborate with mechanical design, software, and assembly teams
- Introduce power-electronics building blocks
- Drive R&D projects independently
- Ensure compliance with processes and standards
- Achieve quality, time, cost, and scope targets
