- Develop next-generation power semiconductor chips

- Support technology and product development cycle
- Conduct simulations for device behavior and optimization

- Ensure alignment between design and manufacturability
- Manage individual work packages and sub-projects
- Contribute to project goals and timelines
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis
- Share knowledge within the team
- Build systems-level understanding of devices and processes
