- Application of well-structured methodology for high-quality software and documentation development
- Team and project management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in converter control, power electronics, or automotive technologies
- Fluent English

- Ensure transparency across active customer projects
- Align activities across projects
- Support long-term resource planning in software teams
- Anticipate and address capacity needs
- Address cross-portfolio challenges
- Serve as first point of contact for product management and sales
- Inform Product Management of SW architecture decisions
- Facilitate adoption of architecture standards
- Create synergies across projects and platforms
- Guide SW standardization across all layers
- Provide inputs for SW architecture pipeline
- Drive strategic roadmap for Control Engineering
- Align roadmap with Traction Control R&D
- Serve as first point of contact for high-level control topics
- Coordinate special projects
- Estimate effort, cost, and risk for control engineering
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Derive action plans to improve customer satisfaction
