- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience supporting or leading Lean transformation programs
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP
Aufgaben
- Partner with business leaders to identify strategic improvement opportunities
- Support the deployment of the Ferring Production System
- Drive sustainable improvements in People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Design and optimize management systems, including KPIs and visual performance management
- Assess improvement opportunities and conduct diagnostics
- Define Lean and Six Sigma initiatives using a standardized framework
- Monitor the deployment and maturity of the Lean Operating System
- Collaborate with local leaders to track efficiency improvement programs
- Lead cross-functional business improvement initiatives
- Use value stream management to deliver measurable outcomes
- Provide on-the-job coaching and capability building
- Strengthen continuous improvement practices across manufacturing sites
- Track and report progress on capability development
- Coach leaders to embed Lean leadership behaviors
- Support daily management routines and sustainable practices
- Contribute to the development of global standards
- Conduct site maturity assessments
- Support strategic initiatives aligned with Tech Ops priorities
- Act as a subject matter expert in value stream management
- Participate in temporary assignments and cross-functional projects
