In this role, you will enhance capital management by linking performance metrics and collaborating with stakeholders. Your focus will be on improving capital efficiency, managing adequacy assessments, and driving informed decision-making within Allianz Commercial.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in quantitative science, preferably Mathematics or Actuarial Sciences
• •More than 5 years’ professional experience in Corporate Finance or Actuarial, preferably in (re-)insurance
• •Risk modelling experience with focus on underwriting risks
• •Proven ability to drive change under time pressure
• •Engaged and independent working; business-minded, pragmatic, result-orientated attitude; excellent analytical skills; assertive yet co-operative team player
• •Experience in applying AI and ML to improve business processes
• •Excellent communication skills to top management
• •Business fluent language skills in English
• •Recognized professional qualification related to the job (e.g. Actuary)
• •Fluent language skills in German

Aufgaben

• •Strengthen links between corporate performance metrics and business steering metrics
• •Collaborate with stakeholders on related processes
• •Contribute to projects aimed at improving capital efficiency
• •Address capital management topics for Allianz Commercial and sister entities
• •Plan capital positions and dividends for efficient capitalization
• •Advise on steering options and drive their implementation
• •Manage capital adequacy and efficiency assessments for selected entities
• •Collaborate with local CFOs and Risk Management teams
• •Provide advice for informed decision-making on capital and dividend actions
• •Continuously improve processes and procedures with solid governance frameworks
• •Consider market developments and regulations affecting the area of responsibility
