As you lead the global actuarial team, you will shape the financial stability of the organization by overseeing technical provisions, risk modeling, and strategic portfolio diagnostics to guide the Management Board.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Actuarial Science or related
• •Knowledge of international P&C actuarial requirements
• •Understanding of product portfolio and legislation
• •Knowledge of financials and macroeconomic trends
• •Understanding of Claims, Underwriting, and Accounting
• •Experience leading international workforce through change
• •Expertise in integrating AI into business
• •Ability to resolve complex, ambiguous issues
• •Clear verbal and written communication skills
• •Evaluation of information and stakeholder involvement
• •Rational and balanced dispute resolution skills
• •Knowledge of AI and machine learning
• •Fluency in English and German proficiency

Aufgaben

• •Orchestrate estimation and validation of technical provisions
• •Provide value-adding business insights for stakeholders
• •Chair the quarterly Loss Reserve Committee
• •Oversee internal actuarial risk capital models
• •Manage risk and solvency closing processes
• •Perform pricing parameterization and reinsurance modeling
• •Provide forward-looking diagnostics on portfolio performance
• •Guide portfolio and cycle management activities
• •Form fundamental opinions on business plans
• •Review segment analyses and pricing tools
• •Monitor rate changes and adequacy metrics
• •Collaborate with Finance on efficient closing processes
• •Provide inputs for IFRS17 and Solvency II
• •Drive transparent commercial performance views with Group Actuarial
• •Innovate actuarial processes and technical data management
• •Lead and manage the global actuarial team
• •Foster a high-performance culture and talent development
• •Interface with the Management Board and regulators
• •Communicate business exposure to internal and external auditors
