- Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting

- Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
- Excellent command of English and German
- Skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services
- Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and tools
- Actuarial experience preferably with consulting
- Experience using Excel, VBA, Python, R or database management
- Prior exposure to IFRS and Solvency II requirements
- Willingness to study towards UK IFoA/German DAV actuarial certification
- Genuine interest in Information Technology and Generative AI
- International experience or knowledge of German or other languages
