In this role, you will engage with customers while analyzing data and resolving support inquiries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing support needs, coordinating system upgrades, and leading discussions on performance and business requirements.

Aufgaben

  • •Analyze complex Excel models
  • •Examine application logs and large datasets
  • •Write SQL queries and apply Oracle DB concepts
  • •Triage and resolve support inquiries for German- and English-speaking customers
  • •Write and maintain tips and troubleshooting guides
  • •Understand Copperleaf’s functional capabilities and their alignment with customer processes
  • •Manage all support needs for assigned customers end-to-end
  • •Coordinate with the release team during system upgrades
  • •Lead monthly performance review calls with customers
