• •Identify and resolve issues within system applications
• •Oversee order processing, pricing, and sales performance tools
• •Manage warehouse, transport, and freight cost applications
• •Coordinate customer order returns and invoicing processes
• •Verify software integration compliance and interface specifications
• •Conduct impact analyses for monthly code drop releases
• •Assist business teams with SIT and UAT requirements
• •Translate requirements into technical designs and configuration documents
