Aufgaben
- Provide solution guidance based on business needs and IT standards
- Identify strategic directions and determine business requirements
- Design and deliver technical solutions for business applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global projects
- Manage discovery, design, build, and deployment activities
- Implement end-to-end processes within Infor CloudSuite
- Derive and implement requirements for multiple scenarios
- Maintain system configurations to improve end-user experience
- Manage day-to-day operations and incident management activities
- Ensure applications meet functional and business requirements
- Identify and resolve issues within system applications
- Oversee order processing, pricing, and sales performance tools
- Manage warehouse, transport, and freight cost applications
- Coordinate customer order returns and invoicing processes
- Verify software integration compliance and interface specifications
- Conduct impact analyses for monthly code drop releases
- Assist business teams with SIT and UAT requirements
- Translate requirements into technical designs and configuration documents
