- Experience driving product adoption and account growth post-sale
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger

- Develop usage and expansion plans with customers
- Monitor usage trends and address adoption gaps
- Influence post-sale expansion by promoting new use cases
- Advocate for customers to shape product roadmap and support
- Capture customer insights to enhance product-market fit
- Inform commercial model and onboarding approaches
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams
