Anforderungen
- •Fluency in German and English
- •5+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar fields, preferably in SaaS or Travel & Expense Management
- •Proven track record of exceeding customer retention and revenue growth targets in a senior role
- •Strong ability to lead and influence client engagements, including executive-level interactions
- •Strategic thinker with the ability to ask thought-provoking, business-impacting questions
- •Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional relationships and portfolios with multiple stakeholders
- •Highly organized, adept at handling multiple priorities, and maintaining attention to detail
- •Adaptable to change and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- •Willingness to travel within the DACH region to build and maintain strong client relationships
- •Advanced understanding of SaaS solutions, with experience in SAP Concur products being a significant advantage
