Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Media, Social Studies, Humanities, or similar
- Several years of professional experience in Communication, Public Relations, and/or Change Management
- Prior experience in IT- and/or Shared Services environment is a plus
- Strong track record in corporate communication, digital channels and engagement, editing, writing, and campaign management
- First experience managing projects, steering contributors, and engaging stakeholders
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere, ClipChamp) preferred
- Strong communication and social skills
- Good understanding of corporate change approaches in large, multinational organizations
- Confident interacting with and advising subject matter experts and leaders

- Cooperative and creative mindset
- Detail-oriented and structured approach
- Outstanding writing and language skills (especially German and English)

- Partner with stakeholders to enhance strategic initiatives
- Support execution of global GBS communication strategy
- Foster collaboration and encourage lasting change
- Provide GBS employees with reliable, solution-oriented advice
- Advise on proven communication practices and standards
- Focus on change communication practices and standards
- Ensure communication aligns with relevant guidelines
- Contribute to business and communication objectives
- Plan and conduct training sessions to enhance communication skills
- Provide operational communication support for initiatives
- Create content for priority initiatives
- Revise content for priority initiatives
- Plan campaigns for priority initiatives
- Manage projects for priority initiatives
