- Design and drive integrated global medical affairs evidence strategies for Inflammation compounds
- Lead strategic initiatives and provide expert guidance
- Act as a medical ambassador for the brand
- Engage internal and external stakeholders for commercialization and lifecycle management
- Develop and implement integrated global medical and evidence strategies for Rheumatology/Pulmonology and Inflammation
- Ensure scientific leadership, brand differentiation, and portfolio alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing medical affairs strategies
- Advance product profiles and integrated evidence plans
- Drive evidence generation using pre-clinical, clinical, and real-world data
- Utilize advanced analytics and AI to deliver impactful evidence packages
- Establish and execute COA/PRO strategies to produce patient-relevant evidence
- Support regulatory approval, market access, and asset differentiation
- Collaborate with brand teams and clinical development to create medical narratives
- Develop medical affairs plans aligned with brand strategy
- Lead publication planning and data dissemination
- Execute critical medical activities such as clinical trials and external collaborations
- Chair and participate in global medical teams and cross-functional leadership groups
- Offer expert medical guidance
- Provide medical and scientific expertise for educational programs and symposia
- Develop communication campaigns
- Engage proactively with external stakeholders including HCPs, expert groups, and patient organizations
- Engage proactively with health authorities and payers
- Monitor the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
