- Full-cycle closing or sales development background
- Strong prospecting abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in value-based selling
- Familiarity with CRM platforms

- Experience managing shorter sales cycles
- Experience managing high transaction volumes

- Leverage outbound strategies to identify high-potential prospects
- Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong for prospect engagement
- Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of opportunities
- Ensure consistent deal flow and efficient sales cycles
- Understand customer needs and challenges
- Demonstrate how Miro’s platform addresses specific use cases
- Deliver measurable business value to customers
- Develop trust and credibility with senior decision-makers
- Drive deals to close efficiently
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and customer engagement
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering
- Ensure alignment and optimize customer expansion efforts
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings
- Position Miro as the solution of choice
