- Motivation for solving challenging technical problems
- Experience with HPC, scientific computing, or platform engineering
- Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Life Sciences, Financial Services)
- Experience with on-premise Kubernetes deployments (k3s)

- Design cloud infrastructure for internal engineering workflows
- Design cloud infrastructure for customer deployments
- Implement cloud infrastructure for internal engineering workflows
- Implement cloud infrastructure for customer deployments
- Operate cloud infrastructure for internal engineering workflows
- Operate cloud infrastructure for customer deployments
- Ensure reliable, maintainable, and easy-to-operate systems
- Collaborate with customer infrastructure and cloud teams
- Support customer deployments
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Ensure successful operation of the Apheris platform
- Refine and enhance IaC setups with engineering teams
- Refine and enhance CI/CD systems with engineering teams
- Refine and enhance GitOps systems with engineering teams
- Improve and automate customer deployment processes
- Continuously remove deployment friction
- Enable reliable and repeatable platform installations
- Collaborate with client cloud and infrastructure engineers
- Address technical questions on Apheris application deployments
