Anforderungen
- 7+ years total experience, 4+ years in platform/infrastructure/SRE in cloud-native
- Deep Kubernetes expertise (scheduling, autoscaling, lifecycle, network policies, PDBs, topology)
- Strong grasp of microservices operational challenges at scale
- Solid CI/CD experience (100+ services, immutable artifacts, Workload Identity Federation, rollback)
- Hands-on observability experience (metrics, logs, traces, incident workflow)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, IaC-first mindset)
- Programming proficiency in Golang and/or shell scripting
- Proven troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
- Collaborative, low-ego working style
- Experience with dynamic secrets management (HashiCorp Vault)
- Familiarity with GCP-specific primitives
- Experience with KEDA or scheduled scaling strategies
- Cloud cost optimisation experience
- Prior experience in regulated FinTech or financial services
Aufgaben
- Design and build cloud-native infrastructure
- Operate high-availability, low-latency FinTech platform
- Ensure secure and scalable systems
- Collaborate with product, data, and security teams
- Balance planned initiatives with incident response
- Manage cloud engineering and regular maintenance
- Own reliability and scalability of 100+ microservices
- Define and enforce SLOs
- Manage autoscaling strategies
- Implement resilience patterns
- Lead safe, continuous deployment practices
- Develop rollout and rollback mechanisms
- Ensure deployment observability
- Drive platform observability
- Implement metrics, distributed tracing, and structured logging
- Reduce MTTR and enable self-serve incident diagnosis
- Manage infrastructure-as-code
- Maintain no-ClickOps discipline
- Ensure every change is peer-reviewed and version-controlled
- Champion security and compliance practices
- Implement Zero Trust architecture
- Manage Workload Identity
- Handle dynamic secrets via Vault
- Enforce network policies
- Prepare for audit readiness
- Own incident response
- Drive post-incident improvements
- Contribute to architectural decisions
- Review platform changes
- Mentor early-senior engineers
