Aufgaben
- •Lead and coordinate contractual KPI deliverables for Military Treatment Facilities (MTF)
- •Engage and collaborate with all client and TOP stakeholders
- •Secure access to care and ensure contractual provider availability
- •Oversee medical records collection and claims handling
- •Support beneficiary services
- •Coordinate execution of tasks impacting MTF through in-country personnel
- •Maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders by identifying client needs
- •Provide ongoing support and education on TOP Policy and processes
- •Ensure MTF or Military Units/Clinics have access to the Host Nation Network
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand internal operations
- •Represent customer and business voices by analyzing and documenting client feedback
- •Promote the value-added proposition of the TOP Program
- •Identify business opportunities and share best practices with colleagues and stakeholders
