Aufgaben
- Communicate team direction aligned with Channel Org and BUs vision
- Manage sales motion to drive growth and profitability
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Coach team members for top individual and team sales performance
- Engage with partner executives to understand business context
- Build trust and deliver HPE’s value proposition
- Create early-stage opportunities with top customers and partners
- Collaborate with BU leaders in GreenLake and Storage
- Maximize cross-HPE team efficiency and customer success
- Assist the team in overcoming barriers and obstacles
- Establish sales methodology for end-to-end sales management
- Manage sales planning and ensure consistent execution
- Provide timely sales forecasts and won/loss deal analysis
