Anforderungen

  • Experience in B2B sales of technical products
  • Sales strength focused on customer relationships
  • Technical understanding and communication skills at decision-maker level
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 60%)
  • Proficient use of CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous)
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Field-based position with 60% travel
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region – 60%
  • Effective communication in German and English, verbally and in writing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing accounts in B2B
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
  • Previous experience selling Physical Access Control solutions desirable
  • Experience in solution selling environment, specifically SaaS and/or Cloud-based licensing models desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as a self-starter and part of a team
  • Hands-on attitude with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals and specifications
  • Customer-first approach with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organization skills
  • Good initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure

  • Expand HID business in the DACH region
  • Acquire new customers and partners
  • Strategically manage and develop existing key accounts
  • Introduce new products and technologies in access and security solutions
  • Build and maintain an active partner network
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage and develop all assigned accounts to achieve targets
  • Spend 60% of your time traveling and engaging with customers
  • Develop and execute business strategies for new and existing accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share
  • Implement account plans to meet strategic goals
  • Provide support and training to accounts in the region
  • Conduct regular market analysis to assess customer needs
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer events
  • Collaborate across business areas to deliver customer solutions
  • Maintain customer details and activities using Salesforce CRM
  • Analyze account sales figures to understand buying patterns
  • Stay updated on HID products and competitive solutions
  • Prepare and submit accurate forecasts regularly
  • Create a partner community to maximize brand loyalty and revenue
