- Support the development of global sourcing strategies for semiconductor categories
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management
- Plan for long-term capacity with suppliers
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
- Influence early supplier engagement with R&D and product teams
- Implement design-to-cost strategies
- Manage RFx processes and supplier performance reviews
- Leverage digital procurement tools for sourcing efficiency
- Enhance transparency in sourcing analytics
- Contribute to cross-category initiatives
- Support senior category leaders as needed
- Participate in mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the procurement team
