- Prepare briefing templates and sessions
- Align agendas and slide decks
- Guide category strategy preparation
- Create strategy slide decks
- Conduct strategy meetings with suppliers and stakeholders
- Design trackers for procurement initiatives
- Prepare monthly scorecards for top management
- Perform plausibility checks on budget values
- Improve data quality with Controlling and ProX
- Steer bottom-up target setting
- Establish structured data exchange with ODM/EMS team
- Ensure contractual coverage and award letters
- Maintain organized records and trackers
- Design and maintain SharePoint structure
- Collaborate on procurement improvement projects
- Enhance procurement effectiveness and efficiency
- Support change management efforts
- Guide CMs on process-related matters
- Lead or support special projects
- Diversify supplier base
- Conduct sustainability workshops
- Introduce new logistic models
- Manage memory share changes in BOMs
- Ensure supply chain resilience
