Aufgaben
- Track and review critical business issues with MDS Functional Leads in local markets.
- Lead Operational Excellence sessions with Global and Regional Leads.
- Serve as single point of contact for senior business and MDS stakeholders.
- Liaise with local and regional MDS leads to resolve escalations.
- Liaise with local and regional MDS leads to prioritize work.
- Communicate deployment of global MDS policies and new ways of working.
- Implement and run MDS governance with the business.
- Develop deep understanding of local business and market sales strategy.
- Connect with MDS Function Leads to trigger relevant initiatives.
- Align with regional MDS Function Leads on application and technology strategy.
- Prioritize investments supporting local market business needs.
- Partner with business and MDS stakeholders on new projects and requests.
- Liaise with local and regional MDS leads on new projects and requests.
- Own the MDS agenda and deliver special cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with Global and MEU Portfolio teams on BU portfolio details.
- Manage impact of MEU or Global initiatives on the BU.
- Manage, track, and review local portfolio status, finances, and timelines.
- Ensure budget adherence for MDS initiatives from ideation to benefits realization.
- Liaise with Global Portfolio team and Regional MDS Functional Leads.
- Oversee the well-being of the MDS population in the BU.
- Collaborate with hub/village leads on engagement and wellbeing activities.
- Manage or delegate site-specific matters within the BU.
- Serve as single point of contact for local Work Council on technology matters.
- Ensure digital initiatives comply with local labor and data privacy laws.
- Partner with HR to secure Works Council approval for digital initiatives.
