- Good knowledge of key systems and tools used in master data (SAP (ECC, S4), Pega, Power BI reports, Tableau, Excel)
Aufgaben
- Manage daily DACH DM operations and processes
- Ensure compliance with processes and delivery of KPI and SLA targets
- Monitor targets and adjust SLA/KPI agreements as needed
- Lead the DM DACH team across all functions and countries
- Maintain a highly engaged and motivated team
- Efficiently staff operational Data Management resources
- Balance workloads to optimize team performance
- Staff SME roles and project requirements with qualified personnel
- Foster professional growth through training and mentorship
- Drive quality enhancements and performance management initiatives
- Implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives
- Lead local, regional, and global projects related to operations
- Engage with stakeholders to align goals and resources
- Coordinate audits and compliance activities within operations
- Connect with auditor teams and the Global DMS Governance team
- Oversee execution of critical controls and Management Action Plans
- Manage the Robotic Process Automation and standardization agenda
- Participate in GDSN and DQ Standardization working groups
