Anforderungen
- 10+ years experience in product/category marketing, commercial roles, or high-growth environments (ideally FMCG, food, snacks, sports nutrition)
- Proven track record scaling categories/businesses with revenue, margin, velocity impact
- Strong understanding of FMCG dynamics, especially high-rotation categories (snacks, bars, beverages)
- Experience managing product complexity (SKUs, formats, flavors) and portfolio decisions
- Understanding of translating product, pricing, promotion, channel decisions to sell-through and repeat
- Experience operating across multiple European markets and understanding retail/consumer differences
- Background in top-tier FMCG, high-performance D2C, or e-commerce environments
- English fluency; German is a strong plus
- End-to-end ownership for business outcomes
- Bias for ownership, speed, and accountability
- Obsession with product-market fit, taste, and repeat purchase
- Clear, commercially driven decisions balancing growth, profitability, complexity
- Energized by fast cycles and high SKU turnover
- Commercial edge to cut underperforming SKUs and challenge value-destructive promotions
- Strong curiosity for the snacking/bars category evolution across markets
Aufgaben
- Build and scale Bars business within ESN Brand
- Drive category growth with innovation and commercial execution
- Own revenue, margin, and growth trajectory
- Steer core KPIs like velocity, repeat, margin, and channel performance
- Define and execute clear growth strategy with trade-offs
- Partner with leadership and finance on budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and scale winning bars portfolio across segments
- Make end-to-end portfolio decisions on formats, flavors, pack sizes, and pricing
- Define and evolve line architecture, balancing innovation and SKU discipline
- Translate consumer insights into strong product bets
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and procurement for operational excellence
- Develop channel-specific strategies for DTC, Amazon, and retail
- Execute pricing, promotion, assortment, and full-funnel marketing
- Lead high-performing team and cross-functional setup
- Drive velocity and ROI through data-led decisions
- Reduce complexity and create clarity through prioritization and resource allocation
