- •At least 1 year BDR/SDR experience
- •Understanding of technology and ability to translate it to prospects
- •Skill in asking discovery questions to uncover needs/pains
- •Communication and relationship building skills
- •Persistence on cold calls and great objection handling
- •Ability to prioritize activities for maximum results
- •Courage and creativity in generating business
- •Native German and business English proficiency
- •Self-motivation and teamwork skills
- •Experience in a high growth company
- •Experience in a SaaS company
- •Additional language skills

- •Provide insights to Marketing for successful campaigns
- •Represent Beekeeper at events and webinars
- •Collaborate with BDRs across Europe
