- Technical or Scientific Degree (B.S. or M.S.) in applied science or engineering
- 2+ years selling experience preferred
- MBA preferred
- Experience in aseptic pharma manufacturing and packaging desirable
- Knowledge of CDMO requirements
- English fluency required
- German fluent (for RV colleagues)
Aufgaben
- Develop and close new business opportunities
- Take ownership of project success
- Grow contract manufacturing sales
- Support customers until transition to account management
- Identify and qualify prospective companies
- Collaborate with Early Stage team on transfers
- Define territory strategy for events and marketing
- Prepare quotes
- Facilitate and negotiate agreements
- Promote Vetter via social media and industry events
- Host customer visits in Germany
- Contact and follow up with biotech/pharma companies
- Maintain lead database
- Develop new business opportunities
- Demonstrate customer interaction
- Build relationships with Biotech stakeholders
- Seek new networking channels
- Exhibit and speak at trade shows
- Answer 80% of customer questions
- Manage active customer accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
