- Financially control strategy and execution of a Business Group
- Steer revenue and margin
- Evaluate development or cost improvement projects financially
- Support month-end closure activities
- Support financial planning for the Business Group
- Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency of financial processes
- Contribute to the strategy plan
- Ensure effective execution measurements within the Business Group
- Enable decision making for Senior Management by generating fact-based business cases
- Constantly improve commercial decision making
- Drive and support the development, implementation, and execution of effective and efficient business processes or controls
- Secure visibility of cost structures
- Drive management decisions to improve product costs
- Support planning integral financial data for the Business Group in Nexperia’s quarterly Rolling Financial Forecast Cycle
- Support financial management reporting analysis
- Ensure complete and accurate monthly reporting of the Business Group
