Aufgaben
- Own the introduction, development, and optimization of digital tools, systems, and processes in HR and Knowledge Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of digital tools, systems, and processes throughout their lifecycle
- Capture functional requirements for digital tools
- Prioritize functional requirements in a clear backlog
- Accompany the full lifecycle of digital tools from requirements intake through implementation to go-live
- Collaborate with internal departments, IT, and external vendors on digital tool lifecycles
- Manage and monitor the project pipeline for HR and Knowledge Management
- Maintain an overview of ongoing initiatives in HR and Knowledge Management
- Coordinate dependencies between projects in HR and Knowledge Management
- Act as the central point of contact for managing project risks and priorities
- Ensure projects stay on time, on scope, and aligned with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting structures for HR and Knowledge Management
- Reflect relevant KPIs for HR and Knowledge Management in dashboards and reports
- Translate data into actionable insights for management
- Provide management with a reliable basis for strategic decisions
