  • Drive business growth through targeted customer marketing and sales plans
  • Set clear trade, customer, category, and shopper programs with defined objectives
  • Manage customer marketing, field sales, and supply chain activities for profitable growth
  • Identify and communicate strategic priorities across geographies and channels
  • Monitor and report on strategic initiative implementation with stakeholders
  • Create joint business plans with distributor partners and key customers
  • Establish and track metrics to measure progress towards business goals
  • Manage the trade spend budget and track budget vs actuals
  • Support market strategies in-store with insights for product, price, and promotion
  • Develop and track KPIs for sales and trade marketing execution
  • Deliver sales training to distributor teams
  • Oversee internal support for marketing, promotions, and analysis
  • Drive distributor relationships and joint business performance
  • Co-own and co-lead the execution of a healthy profit and loss statement
  • Execute control and audit processes within the sales organization
  • Coordinate financial reporting and funding requirements with partners
  • Understand distributor financials to influence decisions
  • Co-plan and execute optimal inbound supply chain solutions
  • Ensure timely delivery of stock at the right price
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain partners for product freshness
  • Seek improvements in Supply Chain KPIs like fill rates and product quality
