Aufgaben
- Support Head of Global Project & Launch Management and the department
- Coordinate calendars and appointments
- Organize meetings, workshops, and department events
- Arrange business trips
- Support onboarding of new team members and temporary staff
- Coordinate administrative processes like purchase orders and invoices
- Support budget tracking and cost follow-up
- Maintain templates, records, and filing structures
- Support project-related administration, including confidentiality agreements
- Coordinate PMO reporting and governance activities
- Organize project reviews and governance meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and minutes
- Coordinate monthly reporting to senior management
- Maintain SharePoint sites and Teams channels for collaboration
