- Lead and develop the department’s personnel and organization
- Ensure production meets Supply Chain requirements
- Plan and manage machine utilization for cost-effectiveness and quality
- Support machine and equipment qualification/validation
- Maintain and optimize departmental operating equipment
- Initiate and implement continuous process improvements
- Contribute to creating a Lean production environment
- Develop and define new procedures and manufacturing tests
- Monitor operational data and production KPIs
- Conduct and follow up on internal audits
- Serve as the point of contact for plant tours, external audits, and department inquiries
