Anforderungen
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, or Business
- Master's Degree preferred
- General knowledge of OSHA/EPA/safety regulations, manufacturing, and process automation
- Working knowledge of business, warehousing, and distribution systems
- Experience with ISO9000, FDA, and cGMP
- Understanding and experience in Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings, specifications, safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and regulatory documentation
- Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, capital requests, and process documents
- Ability to speak effectively before groups and employees
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC preferred
Aufgaben
- Set and direct site strategy
- Lead site team to meet customer requirements
- Ensure products meet customer agreements and regulatory standards
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
- Provide monthly reports on site results and initiatives
- Maintain systems for cost, quality, and resource control
- Build relationships with community, government, and customers
- Inspire and guide employees toward excellence
- Enforce site policies and procedures
- Administer safety, hygiene, and fire protection programs
- Manage daily, weekly, and long-term order processing
- Develop and maintain staffing plans
- Hire and develop exceptional workforce
- Maximize capital resources and maintain facilities
- Support customer relations and resolve issues
- Establish methods for product handling and delivery
- Identify and schedule employee training
- Promote site safety, lean initiatives, and HR policies
- Participate in customer audits and tours
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and safety rules
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
