- Coordinate and prepare meetings, appointments, and production cycles
- Create and maintain minutes, action lists, and status reports
- Prepare key performance indicators, analyses, and presentations
- Facilitate communication between production, quality, logistics, engineering, HR, and other departments
- Manage and maintain documents, reports, and internal records
- Follow up on open tasks, escalations, and actions from production meetings
- Support shift, vacation, and resource planning as needed
- Contribute to improving administrative processes within production
- Support internal audits, training, and documentation requirements
- Organize visitor appointments, internal events, and coordination meetings
- Ensure structured filing and information management
- Handle general administrative tasks for the Production Manager
