- Love of teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conveying complex topics
- Passion for creative and safe technology advancement in AI
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant field of study

Aufgaben
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Serve as primary technical advisor to enterprise customers
- Coordinate internally across teams to drive customer success
- Support customers using Claude API and Claude for Work
- Create and deliver tailored technical content
- Conduct technical deep dives for engineering teams
- Engage in business value conversations with executives
- Guide technical architecture decisions
- Help customers integrate Claude into their technology stack
- Develop evaluation frameworks for Claude's performance
- Identify common integration patterns
- Contribute insights to Product and Engineering teams
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
- Maintain knowledge of LLM developments and implementation patterns
