Anforderungen
- Advanced degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- Initial work experience in real estate investment, asset management, private equity, or investment banking
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and valuation methodologies (DCF, income capitalization, comparable analysis)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear presentation ability
- Self-starter with strong responsibility and independent work ability, managing multiple priorities
Aufgaben
- Conduct detailed underwriting of potential acquisitions
- Perform financial modelling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations
- Support the due diligence process
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and operational teams
- Contribute to the debt sourcing process
- Oversee the implementation of refurbishment measures
- Contribute to leasing activities with tenants
- Work with property and facility managers
- Track and report key performance metrics
- Provide internal and external reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Communicate with board members
- Assist in fund-level performance reporting
- Assist in valuation updates
- Support the preparation of investor relations materials
- Manage ad-hoc projects
- Prepare investor presentations
- Support fundraising initiatives
